Stara Dąbrowa [ˈstara dɔmˈbrɔva], (German Alt Damerow) is a village in Stargard County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Stara Dąbrowa.[1] It lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north-east of Stargard Szczeciński and 38 km (24 mi) east of the regional capital Szczecin.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. Following World War II the native German populace was expelled and replaced by Poles. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.
