Sunny Brae is an unincorporated community in Humboldt County, California.^[1] It is located 1 mile (1.6 km) southeast of downtown Arcata,^[2] at an elevation of 52 feet (16 m).^[1] This neighborhood, primarily built of tract homes in the 1950s and 1960s is considered part of Arcata.
