Terruggia is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) east of Turin and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) northwest of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 825 and an area of 7.2 square kilometres (2.8 sq mi).[1]
Terruggia borders the following municipalities: Casale Monferrato and Rosignano Monferrato.
