To the Abandoned Sacred Beasts (Japanese: かつて神だった獣たちへ Hepburn: Katsute Kami Datta Kemono-tachi e) is a Japanese dark fantasy manga series written and illustrated by Maybe. The series is published by Kodansha in Japan and by Vertical in North America.

Release

Manga artist duo Maybe (めいびい Meibī) launched the series in the July 2014 issue of Kodansha's shōnen manga magazine Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine on 9 June 2014.[3][4] The series took a one-month break in August 2015 before resuming serialization on 9 September 2015.[4]

The series is licensed for publication in North America by Vertical, and the first volume will be released in May 2016.[1][2][5]
