Turkish Airlines flies to 47 domestic and 230 international destinations in 112 countries, with the recently announced destinations, including Hong Kong, Kosovo, Northern Cyprus and Taiwan as separate countries, excluding those only served by Turkish Airlines Cargo and the suspended destinations in Egypt, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Syria, Ukraine and Yemen. Following is a list of destinations Turkish Airlines and Turkish Airlines Cargo fly to as part of scheduled services, as of May 2016. The list includes the city, country, the codes of the International Air Transport Association (IATA airport code) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO airport code), and the airport's name, with the airline's hub, focus airports, cargo services, future and terminated destinations marked.

The continents with most destinations outside Turkey are Europe with 107 (including Caucasus, Cyprus and Siberia; excluding suspended points), Asia with 63 (excluding suspended points), Africa with 42 (excluding suspended points) and the Americas with 14. Outside Turkey, the countries with the largest number of airports served by the carrier are Germany with 14, Italy and Russia with 10, the United States with 8, Iran, France, Saudi Arabia and Ukraine with 7, Spain with 6, Algeria, Iraq and the United Kingdom with 5 each.
