On February 21, 2014 took place the first, Road to Ultra Chile, off the coast of Viña del Mar in Ritoque, attending more than 12 thousand people.

In mid-2014, Ultra Chile announced a change of venue taking it to the center of Santiago in Parque O'Higgins, the same venue that hosts one of the most popular festivals in South America, Lollapalooza, to bring a similar experience as Ultra Music Festival. Also, it was announced a change of age range to enter for more than 16 years old and one new scenery for live music with bands. Also the event will last until midnight, previously it was until 5AM.

Ultra Chile 10th October 2015. This edition is going to be located in Ciudad Empresarial,Huechuraba. Ultra Chile 2015 will be only 1 day long, instead of the 2 days of last year. It will start at 7:00pm and end at 5:00am. The Festival will be divided in two zones, one for +16 and one for +18(if you are 18+ you can go to the +16 zone if you want). Tickets start at CLP 25000. Some confirmed artists are Axwell /\ Ingrosso, Nicky Romero, Fedde Le Grand, Dash Berlin, Adam Beyer, Knife Party, DJ Snake, and many others.
