Volney Rouse (born December 6, 1983) is an American rugby union player. Rouse plays his club rugby for San Francisco Golden Gate Rugby Club, and also plays for the San Francisco PRO Rugby team.
Rouse his only cap for the United States national rugby union team against Russia in June 2010, coming on as a substitute.[1] He was selected to tour with the USA Eagles XV for the Autumn 2010 tour of Europe.
