The Washington State House elections, 2012 was held on November 6, 2012 and determines who will represent each of the 49 Legislative Districts in the state of Washington in the Washington State House of Representatives. Each district elects two representatives who are elected for two-year terms.
A top two primary election on August 7, 2012 determined which two candidates would appear on the November ballot. Each candidate was allowed to write in whatever party preference he or she desired.[1]
