Welsh Braille is the braille alphabet of the Welsh language. It uses one of the Grade-1½ shortcuts of English Braille, ⠡ ch, but otherwise print digraphs in the Welsh alphabet are digraphs in braille as well:
- ⠙⠙ dd, â ‹â ‹ ff, â â › ng, ⠇⠇ ll, â â “ ph, â —â “ rh, â žâ “ th.
Accents are rendered with circumflex â ˆ, diaeresis â ˜, grave â †, acute â ’.
Welsh Braille has a number contractions as well. Punctuation is as in English Braille.
