Whoopi's Littleburg is an American musical children's television series originally airing on Nickelodeon as part of the Nick Jr. block. It was created by Johnny Belt and Robert Scull.[2] Rather than animation, the show uses a blend of puppetry and live-action characters.

A four-year-old pig puppet named Spencer moves to the "Preschool Capital of the World," Littleburg.
