Wolnica [vɔlˈnit͡sa] (German Freimarkt) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lubomino, within Lidzbark County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north-east of Lubomino, 17 km (11 mi) west of Lidzbark Warmiński, and 37 km (23 mi) north of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1772 the area was part of Kingdom of Poland, 1772-1945 Prussia and Germany (East Prussia).
