Xou da Xuxa Seis is the ninth studio album and seventh in the Portuguese by singer, TV presenter and actress Xuxa Meneghel. It was released in July 1991.

Production

The album was produced by Max Pierre, Michael Sullivan and Paulo Massadas, with artistic coordination Marlene Mattos and Xuxa.[1]

The album contains some cover versions of international songs, Não Basta of the singer and Venezuelan composer Franco De Vita. The hit 1990 is part of Extranjero album. Others include: Miragem Viagem, Mundo da Imaginação, Era Uma Vez and Imaginação.[2]

Release

The album was released in mid-1991 and sold about 1.1 million copies, the second with less sales of the collection Xou da Xuxa. However became the seventh biggest selling album of Xuxa's career.

In 1992, was launched in Uruguay in cassette version, but without authorization, being a bootleg.[3] The album was reissued in 2013 by Som Livre in partnership with Xuxa Produções. The disc is part of the collection box Xou da Xuxa.[4]
