Zdeněk Škromach (born 31 December 1956 in Jablonec nad Nisou) is a Czech politician, who currently serves as the Vice-President of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. He is also the Deputy Chairman of the Czech Social Democratic Party. He has a wife and two children.
He announced on 2 February 2015 that he intends to run for president of the Czech Republic in 2018. He wants to gain support of Czech Social Democratic Party.[1]
