The 1902 Notre Dame football team was an American football team that represented the University of Notre Dame in the 1902 college football season. In its first season with James Farragher as coach, the team compiled a 6–2–1 record and outscored all opponents by a combined total of 203 to 51. The team defeated Michigan Agricultural (33–0), Indiana (11–5), and DePauw (22–0), tied Purdue (6–6), and lost to Michigan (0–23) and Knox (5–12).[1]
