The 1912 Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team represented the University of Notre Dame during the 1912 college football season.
On October 5, 1912, in one of the easiest victories in Notre Dame history, junior quarterback Gus Dorais led the Irish to a 116-7 rout of St. Viator in the season-opener.[1] Second year coach John L. Marks would again guide Notre Dame to an undefeated season in 1912, following up a 6-0-2 record in 1911 with a 7-0 mark.
