The 2006–07 Dallas Mavericks season was the team's 27th in the NBA. They began the season hoping to improve upon their 60–22 output from the previous season. They improved by seven wins, finishing 67–15, qualifying for the playoffs for the seventh consecutive season.[1] In the first round, however, it was not meant to be as they lost to the eight-seeded Golden State Warriors in six games.
