26 Cygni is a star in the constellation Cygnus. Its apparent magnitude is 5.06. Located around 133 parsecs (430 ly) distant, it is a red supergiant of spectral type K1Iab,[1] a massive star that has used up its core hydrogen and is now expanding and fusing heavier elements.
