The Al Bateen Residence & Hotel Tower is a 56-floor tower in the Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction of the Al Bateen Tower was completed in 2013. The developer was Seba Properties; the project manager was Morganti Inc., with National Engineering Bureau and Commodore Contracting Co.

The tower is a residential tower, developed by Al Ain Properties LLC. ^[2]
