- Nagoya (Nagoya Airfield)[1] - According to the US Airways page, in 1991 as the United States entered the Gulf War, the Prime Minister of Japan told Japanese people to not fly on United States airlines, causing a drop in traffic. America West canceled the Japan and Hawaii route and sold the rights to Northwest Airlines.
