Birkenhead Point Drummoyne, The Outlet Centre is Sydney's largest Outlet centre Drummoyne, New South Wales, Australia. Notable stores include
Nine West, Oroton,[1] Mimco,[2] Charlie Brown,[3] Witchery,[4] Hugo Boss Factory Store,[5] Alannah Hill [6] and many more.
Birkenhead Point also has a Coles Supermarket and a food court including Gloria Jean's and Subway. Late night shopping is available on Thursday nights, with all stores open until 7:30 pm, except Coles which is open until 10pm every night.
The centre is also home to a marina and apartment complex. Most of the centre is an open space to maximise the views of Sydney Harbour.
History
Prior to being redeveloped as a shopping centre, the historical site had been used as a brickworks, horse track and rubber factory. The rubber factory was closed in 1976 when the site was sold to David Jones to be redeveloped.[7]
