Chrastavec is a village and municipality (obec) in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.4 square kilometres (2.1 sq mi), and consists of a population roughly around 256 people (as at 2 October 2006).
Chrastavec lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) south of Svitavy, 70 km (43 mi) south-east of Pardubice, and 159 km (99 mi) east of Prague.
