Koruna is a village and municipality (obec) in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.05 square kilometres (0.79 sq mi), and has a population of 133 (as at 2 October 2006).
Koruna lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) north-east of Svitavy, 71 km (44 mi) east of Pardubice, and 167 km (104 mi) east of Prague.
