Hartinkov is a village and municipality (obec) in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.14 square kilometres (1.98 sq mi), and has a population of 57 (as at 2 October 2006).
Hartinkov lies approximately 27 kilometres (17 mi) east of Svitavy, 85 km (53 mi) south-east of Pardubice, and 178 km (111 mi) east of Prague.
