Pustá Kamenice is a village and municipality (obec) in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 15.31 square kilometres (5.91 sq mi), and has a population of 307 (as at 28 August 2006).
Pustá Kamenice lies approximately 28 kilometres (17 mi) west of Svitavy, 39 km (24 mi) south-east of Pardubice, and 125 km (78 mi) east of Prague.
