The Cochin College is an arts and science college located at Kochi, India. The Cochin College was founded on 15 July 1967, in response to an increasing demand for higher education in Cochin. The institution grew into a postgraduate college in 1995, from its beginning as a junior college in 1967. The college was accredited by NAAC with B Grade (2.85) in February 2012.

The college is sponsored by the Cochin Education Society which was founded as a result of the joint efforts of the Indian Chamber of Commerce and the former Mattancherry Municipal Council. The college is affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam and offers courses in Science and Humanities at the degree level such as Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Commerce, Economics, English Literature and Mathematics At the postgraduate level the college offers M.Com, with specialistion in Financial Management, M.Sc Physics with Electronics and M.Sc Chemistry with Environmental Chemistry.
