Comasco is a dialect of Western Lombard language spoken in the city and suburbs of Como. It belongs to the Comasco-Lecchese group.
Characteristics
It has similarities with Milanese dialect, but more precisely consists of a transition between Brianzöö and Ticinese, in fact both the article "ul" (typical of central Brianzöö) and "el" (typical of Milanese and Ticinese) are used. Generally, the sounds are harder than other dialects.
