Hostellerie du Château is a former restaurant located in Heeze, in the Netherlands. It was a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in the period 1980–1990.[2][3][4]

Frans Gerrits was head chef in the time the restaurant had its Michelin star.[5] Hans Huisman took over, but could not retain the Michelin star.[6]

Hostellerie du Château is succeeded by Hostellerie Vangaelen.[7]
