The Idlib Military Council is a Syrian rebel group affiliated with the Free Syrian Army and is headed by Colonel Afif Suleiman. The group is active in the Idlib Governorate[1] and joined the Syria Revolutionaries Front on 9 December 2013.[2] In December 2013, it issued a statement against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS or IS in short) to release all its captives, including FSA officers and soldiers.[3]
