Career highlights

Kamdyn McIntosh (born 3 April 1994) is an Australian rules footballer currently playing for the Richmond Football Club (The Tigers) in the Australian Football League (AFL).

McIntosh was drafted by the Tigers with pick 31 in the 2012 AFL Draft and was only the fourth player from Western Australia to be selected via the national draft.[3]

McIntosh was a Victorian state under 16s representative in 2010, and in 2012, was an AFL under 18s national representative.[3] During 2013, He played in the VFL competition before his season ended in round 18 following a shoulder injury.[4]

McIntosh was recruited from the Pinjarra Tigers.[1]

Personal life

McIntosh was born in Pinjarra, Western Australia, and he is the third of nine children.[5][3]

AFL Career

McIntosh debuted for Richmond in Round 1, 2015 against Carlton. McIntosh had 23 disposals and kicked a goal and was rewarded with the round 1 nomination for the 2015 AFL Rising Star.[6]

In June 2015 he signed a new two year deal with club, keeping him a Tiger until the end of the 2017 season.[7]
