Kathleen Funchion is a Sinn Féin politician. She was elected at the 2016 general election as a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Carlow–Kilkenny constituency.
She has been a member of Kilkenny County Council. Prior to her election she worked with the SIPTU trade union.[1] She is married to David Cullinane, a Sinn Féin Teachta Dála for Waterford.
