Niall Collins (born 30 March 1973) is an Irish Fianna Fáil politician. He is a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Limerick constituency.[1] He previously served as member of Limerick County Council for the Bruff Local electoral area. He was first elected to the council at the 2004 local elections.[2] He was first elected to Dáil Éireann at the 2007 general election for the Limerick West constituency. He was elected on the 1st count and received the 9th highest vote in the country and the highest vote of any of the newcomers to the Dáil.

His grandfather James Collins represented Limerick West in the Dáil from 1948 to 1967. His uncle Gerry Collins is a former government minister, MEP, TD for Limerick West from 1967 to 1997; another other uncle Michael J. Collins was elected a Fianna Fáil TD in 1997 also representing Limerick West until he retired in 2007.

He was the Fianna Fáil spokesperson on Environment, Community and Local Government from April 2011 to July 2012. In July 2012, he was appointed as party spokesperson on Justice and Equality.
