Kilowatt is an unincorporated community in Kern County, California.[1] It is located on the Union Pacific Railroad (formerly Southern Pacific Railroad) 1 mile (1.6 km) east of Buttonwillow,[2] at an elevation of 279 feet (85 m).[1]
