Kojátky is a village and municipality (obec) in Vyškov District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.67 square kilometres (2.19 sq mi), and has a population of 341 (as at 3 July 2006).
Kojátky lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south of Vyškov, 31 km (19 mi) east of Brno, and 214 km (133 mi) south-east of Prague.
