Malínky is a village and municipality (obec) in Vyškov District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.4 square kilometres (1.3 sq mi), and has a population of 141 (as of 3 July 2006).
Malínky lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) south-east of Vyškov, 41 km (25 mi) east of Brno, and 224 km (139 mi) south-east of Prague.
