Velešovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Vyškov District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 6.57 square kilometres (2.54 sq mi), and has a population of 1,051 (as at 3 July 2006).
Velešovice lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) south-west of Vyškov, 17 km (11 mi) east of Brno, and 202 km (126 mi) south-east of Prague.
