Kristan Vrh is a settlement in the Å marje pri JelÅ¡ah municipality in eastern Slovenia. It lies in the hills between RogaÅ¡ka Slatina and PodÄetrtek. The area is part of the traditional region of Lower Styria. The municipality is now included in the Savinja Statistical Region.[2]
The local parish church, built on a slight hill in the centre of the village, is dedicated to Saint Peter and belongs to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Celje. It is first mentioned in written documents dating to 1545 and was greatly rebuilt in the 18th century.[3]
