Spodnje Mestinje is a settlement in the Å marje pri JelÅ¡ah municipality in eastern Slovenia. It lies just west of the regional road leading from Å marje towards PodÄetrtek. The area is part of the historical Lower Styria region. The entire municipality is now included in the Savinja Statistical Region.[2]
