Lassan is a town in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district, in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Germany. It is situated on the Peenestrom river, a branch of the Oder, between Anklam und Wolgast. Both Anklam in the southwest and Wolgast in the north are 15 km from Lassan away. Featured sights are a Gothic church, an old town with a small harbor, and some remains of a medieval wall.
