The Legislative districts of Davao Oriental, namely the first and second districts are the representations of the Province of Davao Oriental in the Philippine House of Representatives. Davao Oriental was part of the representation of Davao Province until 1965, when it was created and granted its own representation. It then became part of the representation of Region X from 1978 to 1984. In 1986, it was divided into two legislative districts.
