The Legislative districts of Zamboanga Sibugay, namely the first and second districts are the representations of the province of Zamboanga Sibugay in the House of Representatives of the Philippines. Zamboanga Sibugay was created in 2001 out of the third district of Zamboanga del Sur. It was originally constituted as a lone district until 2006, when it was divided into two districts[1] for the 2007 elections.

- Municipality: Alicia, Buug, Diplahan, Imelda, Mabuhay, Malangas, Olutanga, Payao, Talusan
