Lestkov is a village and municipality (obec) in Tachov District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 38.77 square kilometres (14.97 sq mi), and has a population of 387 (as at 28 August 2006).
Lestkov lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) north-east of Tachov, 39 km (24 mi) west of Plzeň, and 114 km (71 mi) west of Prague.
