Staré Sedliště is a village and municipality (obec) in Tachov District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 37.38 square kilometres (14.43 sq mi), and has a population of 1,061 (as at 28 August 2006).
Staré Sedliště lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) south-east of Tachov, 49 km (30 mi) west of Plzeň, and 129 km (80 mi) west of Prague.
