Kočov is a village and municipality (obec) in Tachov District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 11.46 square kilometres (4.42 sq mi), and has a population of 220 (as at 28 August 2006).
Kočov lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) east of Tachov, 47 km (29 mi) west of Plzeň, and 125 km (78 mi) west of Prague.
