She falls in love with Joe Kelly who was investigating the murder. Used by Heather during her stay at Forest Hill, Sarah eventually wised up to her after recovering and left town after telling her that she was onto her.

Dies during a shootout, after being shot by Joe Scully, Jr. and Faison.

Thought to have been shot to death by Sam McCall in self defense, but resurfaces in February 2008 as the Text Message Killer. Killed in March 2008 after an accidental hanging during a struggle with Nikolas Cassadine.

A mentor to many young residents whom she rented rooms to at Kelly's. Dies in her sleep in 1999, leaving Kelly's to Bobbie and Luke.

She gave her son the option of living with a friend of his father's, Shawn Butler or military school, because she could no longer handle him. Came to Port Charles to take her son home. When TJ Ashford refused to go with her, she decided to stay in Port Charles. Shawn reveals that she was arrested for running drugs in Maryland and spent two years in prison to Duke Lavery. She is really an undercover agent with the DEA.

Moves home to Bensonhurst in 2006, but returns to Port Charles in 2010 in a plot staged by Carly Corinthos Jacks to break up Lulu Spencer and Dante Falconeri. Works as Nikolas Cassadine's private escort until 2011, when she again leaves town to pursue a singing career.

Lorena's dubious achievement was causing Edward Quartermaine's heart attack. Prior to leaving Port Charles, she married Derek, the son of one of her blackmail subjects, and moved to Nebraska to decorate her new mansion.

Bullied her younger brother Morgan Corinthos. Was abusive towards Kristina, pressuring her into having sex with him and hospitalizing her twice in early spring 2010. Was the victim of a hit-and-run accident caused by Alexis Davis, dying from his internal injuries shortly after arriving to General Hospital.

After Jimmy Lee announced that the merger would make them richer, he and Edward Quartermaine decided to invest their fortune, unaware it was fake. With 50% of the Quartermaine fortune in his grasp, Dimitri betrayed Sean, who then tried to make up for his scheme by warning the Quartermaines. Unfortunately his warnings fall on deaf ears as Jimmy Lee and Edward sold the other 50% stock, thereby assuring their financial ruin. Having obtained the entire Quartermaine fortune, Dimitri fled to Brazil just as the Quartermaines were informed of their losses. It is unknown whether he is alive or deceased, as he has not been seen, heard, or spoken of since his departure in April 1986.

Angie and Eddie get married, and want their child back. They kidnap the baby and are arrested. The court gives them custody of the baby and they leave town for Chicago. Angie returns in April 1993 and visits with Steve the same day as his 30th anniversary at General Hospital.
