This is a chronological list of Prime Ministers of Turkey, since the establishment of that position in 1920, during the Turkish War of Independence. The Prime Minister is also the head of the Executive branch of the government along with the Cabinet.
The Prime Minister must be approved by a majority of votes (vote of confidence) in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey along with other members of the Cabinet.
