Parsley Massacre	October 1937	Borderland	25,000[1]	Afro-Haitians	The genocide was committed by the Dominican army under Rafael Trujillo in the borderland.
Liborista massacre	December 1962	San Juan	600	Afro-Dominicans	The Dominican military dropped napalm on the Liboristas from airplanes - burning six hundred people to death.
