London, Indiana
London is an unincorporated community in Shelby County, in the U.S. state of Indiana.[1]
History
London was platted in 1852 when the railroad was extended to that point.[2] The community took its name from London, the capital of England.[3] A post office opened at London in 1854, and remained in operation until 1959.[4]
