Lopez Center Tower is a proposed supertall skyscraper for the Rockwell Center in Makati, Philippines. Its height is expected to be 320 meters, which would make it the tallest building in the Philippines. It is somewhat similar to the design of Freedom Tower in New York City but was designed by SOM way much earlier than the Freedom Tower.
The Lopez Center Tower is a project of the Lopez Group of Companies in the Philippines. The structure will serve as the headquarters for all the companies under the Lopez Group of Companies, that the center itself is owned by the company. It will be a mixed-use commercial and an addition to Rockwell's projects for the center.
