Machimoodus State Park is a Connecticut state park located near the village of Moodus in the town of East Haddam. It consists of the former Echo Farm which was purchased by the state for $2.1 million in 1998[1] and is adjacent to Sunrise Resort State Park, the former Sunrise Resort which was purchased by the state in 2008.[2] Visitors can hike, fish and picnic.[3] The park entrance is on Leesville Road in East Haddam.
