Olcea (Hungarian: Olcsa) is a commune in Bihor County, northwestern Romania with a population of 2,871 people. It is composed of four villages: Călacea (Bélkalocsa), Hodișel (Pusztahodos), Olcea and Ucuriș (Ökrös).
